Cookery At Marsh Mills Farm

We offer short, comprehensive cookery courses, both general and specific – they are fun too! Courses are with small groups (usually five students) and are highly practical.

Courses related to the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award are residential.

Cookery demonstrations are usually in the format of a two hour dem, followed by lunch or dinner. Numbers are limited to twelve.

When in London, she ran a highly successful catering business and also worked for Good Housekeeping Magazine.

Patricia is now involved with the Leiths Schools franchises and developing her own cookery at Marsh Mills Farm.

Marsh Mills Farm is a beautiful, Georgian building situated in rural West Somerset near the Quantock Hills. It has been extensively refurbished in the last ten years. The spacious kitchen was specifically designed for small practical courses and cookery demonstrations.
